'Cold call', claims to be BT cutting off phone and internet as IP address has 'been compromised', dial 1 to speak to agent. Didn't dial 1, phone and internet are fine. I have just changed my supplier to BT but had a similar call prior to this changeover. I have blacklisted the number, it'll be interesting to see if another number tried the same thing. Keep your wits about you people.
