Guy from Green Deal who started his speech with "I believe someone from this property call about the Green Deal Initiative". They are phishing scammers, do not speak to them particularly as if you challenge them then they become abusive and threaten to come round and "you won't f**king speak to me like that in person". So really very unsavoury characters who have nothing better to do than to try and rip people off by using some list of phone numbers they have bought. They do not seem to have addresses though associated with the numbers.

Report these people. Green deal windows. They don’t stop. Auto calls every 2 days saying press 5 for more info or press 9 to be removed. I’ve press 9 about 15/20 times and pressed 5, 3 times for a call back. I’ve spoken to them and asked to be removed 3 times now and the calls keep coming. One more and going to get seriously on their case.

Received a call on my mobile today from this number at 1021am. I didn't answer because I was asleep off a night shift. No voicemail was left. I failed back and the number was dead. It might be a faked number and not actually from EE as is said above. I'll wait to see if they call again to see if I can get further details... If not I'll block the number later.

Automated call at inconvenient moment 05 Mar - "we do not have the number to return the call" - pressed 5 to get a human. 6 March, two calls. Male voice asked to speak to Mr (me) and when I said he was, hung up. 1471 gave 07804430543. Ten minutes later "Elizabeth" from Edinburgh called on behalf of Green Bale (not deal?) Funding. She had the courtesy to hear me out. 1471 gave the same number.
